Some Lesser-Known Facts About Marwan Al Awadhi
- Marwan Al Awadhi became interested in music at a young age after his elder brother gifted him a guitar and taught him the basics. He later got trained in other musical instruments.
- He started his entertainment career as a radio host at a young age, while still in school. He continued doing the show during the initial years of college.
- In college, he was part of a music band called Crack, which they later renamed as Cyanide.
- He started his career as a DJ at a theme park for a brief period in the late 1990s. He also mixed music for small events and parties.
- After winning a major DJ competition in 2005, he performed at the renowned nightclub, Ministry of Sound in London.
- In 2006, he launched an event and promotion company, Bliss Inc. Entertainment.
- He was featured as the Bachelor of the Year (2008, 2009) in the Viva Magazine, Hot 100 Up and Coming (2009, 2010) and Hot 100 Trensetter (2011) in Ahlan! Magazine.
- In 2011, he presented the weekly television show That’s Entertainment on Dubai One network. He interviewed various international celebrities, including Will Smith and Jennifer Lawrence, for this programme.
