  • After completing her formal education, Sara Musallam began her career as a business analyst at BP International, where she gained experience in private sector.
  • She then served as the Vice President of the Aerospace, Renewables, and ICT Platforms at Mubadala Investment Company, a government-owned investment group in Abu Dhabi.
  • Later, she joined the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), where she held senior roles such as Executive Director of Licensing and Director of Private Schools and Quality Assurance.
  • On 21 January 2019, Sara was appointed as the Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), the highest policymaking council in Abu Dhabi.
