Some Lesser Known Facts About Saif and Sound
- Saif was fond of music since childhood. Whenever he used to go in the car with his mother in childhood, he always used to listen to the radio. Later, he also worked in the same radio station, which he used to listen to.
- Apart from music, Saif liked football and also had a dream of becoming a football player.

- Saif grew up listening to Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. He also liked NSYNC, Blue, and the Backstreet Boys.
- The first album bought by Saif was II by Boyz II Men. Water Runs Dry was his favourite song from the album, and the song was the reason why he bought the album.
- Saif once told in an interview that when he got an invitation for his debut live show, he was not available in the country, but he was so excited that he came back especially for it. He further said,
Abu Dhabi did not have a lot of music events for teenagers as it does today. Most of the events for teenagers were at hotel ballrooms and I remember my brother’s friend had a little party which he asked me to DJ for. I was not in the country at that time, but when I was told about the opportunity I got so excited that I flew back just to DJ at that party. And that was my first ever live set.

- Saif’s name, Saif and Sound, was given by his manager when he was an RJ in a radio station. Both of them were joking around, and Saif liked the name, so he kept it.
