  • When he was seven years old, his father passed away. At that time, his mother was 24 years old and her parents wanted her to stay with them.
  • Joe and his siblings lived separately with their maternal relatives. He lived with his maternal uncle, but his aunt did not accept him. His aunt did not want to spend money on his education, so he left school when he was in class 6.
  • After a few years, Joe and his siblings were moved to a foster home. In an interview, he shared that he faced harassment in childhood.
  • At a very young age, he started working as a hairdresser. He started his first hair salon in Beirut. Within a few years, he gained immense popularity and was hired as a hairdresser by people from the film industry and royal families. Some of his famous clients were actresses like Haifa Wehbe, Nancy Ajram, Asala Nasri, and Ahlam. He once received $100,000 for a single project from Ahlam.
  • In 2010, his friend Majid Al Mohandes (singer) encouraged him to start his career in singing as he felt that Joe was good at it. He agreed to it and, in 2014, he released his debut album.
  • He has released a few Arabic music albums like Talei (2012), Aayb Aalli Byaamel Aayb (2015), Ana Bachhadlak (2015), Wesh Endak (2016), and Mastah (2017).
