- Ahmed El Sakka has been inclined towards acting from a young age. Ahmed grew up watching his father teaching acting and carrying out large theatrical plays.
- Ahmed El Sakka began his career with numerous uncredited roles in a lot of films and television series.
- Ahmed got recognition for his action roles and for doing dangerous scenes without any stunt double (a stunt performer who is specifically a skilled replacement, used for dangerous sequences in films and TV series).
- Ahmed is a stunt performer as well. He revealed in one of his interviews that during the shoot of his Egyptian romantic comedy film titled ‘Short w Fanelah w Cap’ (2001), he jumped into a shark zone to shoot a scene. He would have been eaten by a shark.
- He stated that, in that moment in the water, the local guide instructed Ahmed to remain still in the water and not to swim on the surface, because the shark thinks a swimming person looks like a dolphin, which might lead the shark to attack him. Therefore, throughout the scene, Ahmed El Sakka remained standing in the water until they filmed the scene.
- In 2002, while shooting the Egyptian action film titled ‘Mafia,’ he cut off his cruciate ligament and got a lot of wounds because of many sand dunes in a mountain. He also mentioned in one of the interviews that he almost drowned while shooting a scene.
- During the shoot of the 2001 Egyptian adventure comedy film titled ‘Africano,’ he had a scene in which he was setting a trap for a lion. He tied a dead chicken to a rope that led to a hole where the lion was supposed to fall. Then Ahmed was supposed to go down into the hole, but the rope holding him almost snapped, and he nearly died.
- In 2001, Ahmed El Sakka lent his voice to the character of Milo in the Arabic version of the American animated science fantasy action-adventure film titled ‘Atlantis: The Lost Empire.’
