  • Mohammed Ahmed Ibrahim grew up in a coastal town in East Sharjah.
  • While he was in school, he started developing an interest in art.
  • Since his childhood, he loved gardening, which later became an inspiration for his artwork.
  • At the age of 8, he shifted to Kuwait, where he attended various drawing workshops.
  • He then met the Emirati artist Hassan Shar, who encouraged him to join the Emirates Fine Arts Society.
  • His artwork mainly includes paintings and sculptures of mountains.
  • Initially, he worked as a police officer.
  • He once shared that he was inspired by the American artist Robert Smithson. He has a keen interest in building weathered monoliths or abstracted figures.

  • He started Art Atelier in the Khorfakkan Art Center, Department of Culture & Information, Sharjah, UAE in 1997.
  • While growing up, he started developing an interest in rock art. In 2007, he started wrapping stones in copper wires and created Falling Stones Garden in Al Ula in Saudi Arabia as part of Desert X.
  • He participated in the Artists and the Cultural Foundation: The Early Years, Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation in 2018.
  • In 2018, his artwork Elements was presented at the Sharjah Art Foundation, curated by Sheikha Hoor Al Qasimi.
