- Her name was suggested by her father, who wanted to keep her name after the famous Egyptian actress Naglaa Fathy. Her father wanted her to become an actress and helped her in every way he could, unlike other traditional Egyptian fathers.
- At the age of 15, she was engaged for the first time.
- According to sources, she stated that she was engaged five times because her parents wanted her to get married. After they passed away, she focused on her career.
- While studying at college, she began her career in media with the ART satellite group in the show What the Viewers Request, directed by Fahmy Abdel Hamid.
- Thereafter, she became the first Egyptian presenter to appear on Omani television after appearing on the program Noon Meeting with Mohammed Al-Marjabi.
