Some Lesser Known Facts About Nassim Chadli

  • He began playing football at the age of 8 by joining FC Bagnols Pont in his hometown, Bagnols-sur-Cèze, France. He continued to play at the club till he was around 16 years of age.
  • He then joined Nîmes Olympique to stay close to his family and continued to play there till he was 19 years old.
  • Although he was a member of the Morocco national under-20 football team in October 2020 for friendly matches, he didn’t play any games.
  • On 4 May 2021, he received his first professional contract from the Nîmes Olympique club.
  • From 4 October 2021 to 12 October 2021, he participated in the training camp of the Morocco national under-23 football team under football coach Hicham Dmii to scout and develop athletes at the Maâmora Sports Centre, Salé.
