- He took a break from acting after his second film, ‘I Love You, Me Too’ (2003), before starring as an actor in the TV series, ‘Abu Al-Banat’ (2016). However, he continued to participate in the school plays.

- Initially, his father didn’t want him to pursue acting as a career. In an interview, Tayam Amar claimed that it took him considerable effort to persuade his father, and said,
It took effort and research to persuade him, but I was able to explain how the fact that he’s starting his own production company guarantees a spot for me in the industry. So, by studying film, I’ll be able to add to the production company with my own knowledge. Thankfully, he’s fully supportive of my decision now.”
