- After a 15-year hiatus, she released the album, ‘The Latest News of My Heart,’ on her YouTube channel in 2023. She recorded the album in Yemen with the help of musician Abu Bakr Salem’s band.
- During an interview, she revealed her reason for staying away from music for over a decade, claiming that she didn’t want to release her music at a time when fast-paced songs were in trend. She further said,
I wasn’t in a hurry. This type of song, as my husband said, is like antique gold, and must be preserved and presented at the appropriate time to be the most beautiful gift for its fans.”
